Greenland Unveils New Coaster Plans

Greenland Resort has announced plans to open a new roller coaster called “Wadatsumi” at its Greenland amusement park in Arao, Kumamoto Prefecture, by March 2028. The project marks the park’s first new coaster in 21 years and carries an estimated construction cost of JPY3 billion. The attraction will feature steel supports and a wooden track, stretching approximately 620 meters with a top speed of 66.5 kilometers per hour.
