Growth in Logistic Facilities in Saga and Fukuoka Predicted

A major real estate company, CBRT, released a report on the regional logistic market in Fukuoka and Saga. Thanks to increasing demands for mail order and online shopping amid the pandemic, a trend to decentralize the supply chain has led to a 0% vacancy rate of the local LMT (large multi-tenant) facilities since June 2019. The total floor space of such facilities in Fukuoka and Saga is expected to increase by around 18% each year between 2021 and 2023. Source: CBRE / LOGI-BIZ online
