Despite making the utmost efforts to hold this iconic traditional festival, organizers announced the second postponement of the kakiyama float race due to the ongoing pandemic. The organizing group had a general meeting on Apr. 20 and decided to continue with the exhibition of fourteen kazariyama decorative floats, including twelve new designs.
