Tenjin will get its high-rise condo in 38 years. Leben Fukuoka Tenjin One Tower will offer luxury condominiums in a 76-meter high building. Each unit has a floor space of 37 ~ 143 m2, and residents can use the bar and the lounge located on the 16th floor. Sales of these units will begin in mid-January. Source: Takara Leben
