Daiwa House Industry of Osaka announced the condominium it is now building in Kitakyushu near JR’s Nishikokura Station, called Kokura DC Tower, will be 41 stories high, or 147.5 meters, making it the highest condo building in Kyushu. The building, which will house 195 units, is scheduled to be completed in 2011. Prices of units will range from 20 million yen to 100 million yen.
