A new hotel developed inside a traditional Japanese townhouse will open near Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine on October 4. The Hotel Cultia Dazaifu aims to appeal to tourists interested in spending more than a day in Dazaifu. The old-meets-new facility offers luxury accommodation (¥33,000~/person per night) as well as a French-style dining experience using locally sourced ingredients.
