Fukuoka City-based Plenus, which operates the Hotto Motto bento chain, revealed it will open a bento shop in Beijing that specializes in delivery of the meals. The company plans to open 100 shops in large Chinese cities in the next five years. The district where the first shop will be located has many Japanese residents.
