Fukuoka-based ramen chain Ichiran announced a unique hygiene solution, named ‘Ichiran Eisei System.’ The company aims to expand the system to other shops, too, to begin with, its Shingu shop (Kasuya Gun, Fukuoka). Starting on June 1, an air shower, disinfection mat, automatic sanitizer dispenser, and special ‘clean room’ equipped with a germicidal lamp will be introduced at the Shingu shop entrance. The shop will also monitor customers’ body temperatures with a thermal camera while providing free disposable gloves for those who want them. Source: Ichiran
