International Student Admissions for APU on Hold

Admissions of approximately 1,300 exchange students to Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University (APU) to Japan have been suspended as of September 2022. The number makes up one-fourth of the entire students at APU, where the percentage of international students reaches approximately 45%. The new coronavirus-induced hurdles to study in Japan have also decreased the number of applicants for the current academic year. Source: NHK
