Island City Lot Price Reduced
Fukuoka City has reformulated its business plan for Island City, an artificial island in Higashi Ward. Part of the revision involves a 28% reduction in the price of lots in the area’s residential district, which covers 94.6 hectares. The city is concerned it might not be able to sell the lots during the economic downturn.
