JAL Employees To Temporarily Work As Shrine Maidens

Thirty-one JAL employees who work at Fukuoka Airport will serve as miko maidens of Munakata Taisha Shrine during the first eleven days of 2021. While the shrine traditionally increases the number of miko during the new year holidays to welcome many seasonal visitors, fewer women applied for the job for 2021 to avoid meeting with many people.
