Job Support Program for Nakasu Workers Launched

The Nakasu Daigaku job support program for mothers who work in bars and restaurants in the Nakasu nightlife district was established. A nursery manager, Mayumi Kusano, who takes care of children from late afternoon to early morning, came up with the idea of supporting career change for mothers amidst the adverse impact of their business due to the pandemic. The project encourages its members to acquire business skills or to apply for daytime jobs. Source: Mainichi
