The four Japanese prefectures and one city and three South Korean provinces facing the Tsushima Strait plan to hold the 2008 Japan-Korea Comics Festival in early August in Busan, South Korea. The objective is to further the exchange of youth culture in the region. Solicitations for artwork are being accepted until the 30th of this month.
