Josh Peppers has returned to the bj-league team Rizing Fukuoka. The high-scoring forward, who studied at the University of Central Florida, joined Rizing for their inaugural season in 2007-08, before bouncing around the league. A proven scorer with a strong attack-the-basket mentality, Peppers has proven himself capable of putting 20 or more points on the board every game.
