JR Kyushu announced a three-day unlimited-travel pass on Sep. 25, with sales starting the following day. It covers ordinary-class unreserved seats across JR Kyushu, including limited express trains and both the Kyushu and Nishi Kyushu shinkansen. The pass costs ¥23,000 for adults and ¥3,000 for children and can be used from Oct. 1 to Dec. 24. It includes discount vouchers for shopping and dining at participating outlets, including those at Kumamoto Station.
