Kagoshima NPO Establishes Website for ATL Patients

A Kagoshima City NPO commonly known as Smile Ribbon has established ATL Net, a website for people with adult T-cell leukemia and HTLV-1-associated myelopathy, which are caused by HTLV-1 infections. The organizers say it is the first group specifically created for ATM patients to interact and exchange information with each other. One reason for the group’s formation is the rapid development of new drugs and treatment methods.
