Kama to Limit all Primary School Classes to 35 Students

The city of Kama, Fukuoka Prefecture, revealed it will reduce the upper limit for the number of students in classes in all 12 municipal primary schools from 40 to 35. The city will hire five new teachers to handle the new classes created as a result. They are the first city in Kyushu to institute this lower ceiling across the board.
