Fukuoka’s Kego Park began its annual Halloween-period nighttime closure on Oct. 27. Access is restricted from 5 p.m. to 6 a.m. during the closure period through Nov. 1. This is the sixth year of the measure, introduced after large crowds and arrests in 2020. KBC reports that no major trouble has occurred since the restrictions began. During the day, visitors can see Halloween-themed floral displays created by students. Source: KBC News / TNC News
