Kewpie, the popular mayonnaise brand debuted two different types of dressings, featuring Kyushu cuisine. Taking inspiration from the characteristic sweetness of Kyushu’s soy sauce, the company spent a full year developing these products. The flavors of yuzu citrus and onion match the rich taste of the soy-sauce dressing. The new products, ‘Kyushu wo Ajiwau Dressing (Kyushu Taste Dressing)’ will be available at shops in Kyushu and Okinawa from August 18. Source: Kewpie
