Kokura Showakan, the only art-film theater in Kitakyushu City, began selling post-corona passes. For six months from the day the cinema resumes operation, customers with the special pass (¥13,000) can watch as many films as they wish. The 81-year-old cinema, which is currently closed under the business closure guideline, intends to use the ticket sales to fund operations. Only 200 passes are available until May 6 (*applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.) Source: Mainichi / Kokura Showakan
