A special light-up event began at Kokura Castle to welcome the Welsh Rugby Union Team. The team, with its nickname “Red Dragons,” is one of the top squads in the sport. A ceremony took place to mark the first day of the light up and the castle was lit red in the presence of seven members from the Welsh rugby association.
