Saintcity shopping mall in Kokura City introduced free-of-charge sanitary-napkin dispensing machines. Eleven units of OiTr were installed in women’s restrooms on four floors (B1, 2, 3 & 11,) allowing guests to receive a napkin for free by scanning a QR code (*or download app from https://app.oitr.jp/) with their smartphones.
