Tokyo-based Coplus Inc. and Kyushu University’s Itoshima Akiya Project are jointly running a yatai-car project design contest. A yatai car (food truck) will be built from the winning proposal, and the winner gets to run a business for 30 days. Submissions are accepted until Jul. 29.
