Kyushu Electric Power announced the development of a new office building in the central Tenjin. The company announced on August 7 that it would launch a joint company to construct a nine-story building in Maizuru (Chuo Ward, Fukuoka City.) Its first floor will be leased to shops, while the 2nd to 9th floors will be used as offices. The project aims to open the building by the spring of 2022.
