Kyushu Luxury Train Service Accepts Reservations

JR Kyushu announced their luxurious train “Nanatsu Boshi in Kyushu” will begin from Oct 2013 and bookings will begin on Oct. 1, 2012. A spokesman says “This is going to be the most luxurious sleeping carriage in the world”. The observation car deluxe suite is ¥550,000 (4 days/3 nights). This train is made up of seven carriages which are decorated is in a nostalgic Meiji period style with furniture on tatami mats. There will be several routes covering most of Kyushu.
