On Feb. 10, JR Kyushu began sales of a special train-ticket set to commemorate Kyushu Shinkansen’s 10th anniversary. Single tickets for eleven routes are packaged inside a unique ticket holder with photos of the Kyushu Shinkansen. A limited 1,010 sets are available for ¥12,000 each, and applications are accepted via mail.
