JR Kyushu will run a new ‘share office shinkansen’ service between Jun. 14 ~ 30. An eighteen-seat zone inside a Kyushu Shinkansen’s reserved-seat car will turn into a mobile office as it departs from Kagoshima-chuo Station at noon and from Hakata Station at 16:24. Passengers with reserved-seat tickets can use the area (up to two seats per passenger) without an additional fee and can make business calls and online meetings while seated. Passengers can use NTT Docomo wifi routers featuring complete network security. Source: Mainichi / Nikkei / NHK
