Animate will open Animate LACHIC Fukuoka Tenjin, its largest store in Kyushu, on October 24, 2026, on the eighth floor of Fukuoka Mitsukoshi. The store will relocate from Fukuoka PARCO and will be directly connected to Nishitetsu Fukuoka (Tenjin) Station. Its expanded sales floor will carry character goods, comics, CDs, and Blu-rays, along with several concepts making their Kyushu debut. These include Animate Gratte, Space A la mode, CyConveni, the Touken Ranbu Yorozuya Honpo official store, and a Square Enix section. A takeout-only Animate Cafe and an Animate Only Shop will also open on October 24. Space Galleria Fukuoka, a paid exhibition venue, is scheduled to open on November 20.
