Nishitetsu announced on February 26 that they will reduce the number of buses running in the cities of Fukuoka, Kitakyushu and Kurume. A new bus schedule will take effect in March, in which fewer buses will operate for forty-five routes including an expressway bus ‘Nakama’ (Fukuoka ~ Kitakyushu.) The company has been facing a serious shortage of drivers and 110 additional drivers are required to continue current operation. Source: Nishitetsu 02/26/2020
