A new local beer, “KITAKYUSHU W,” has been produced using Kitakyushu’s tap water and locally grown hops. The beer, created in collaboration with the Kitakyushu Waterworks Bureau and the Hibikinada Hop Association, is described as having a fruity flavor with a refreshing bitterness.
