Dogan Inc., a Kyushu-based company that provides funding for startups, has tied up with international human resource company Gowell Co., Ltd. Gowell, established in Tokyo in 2007, has experience in recruiting people from other parts of Asia with strong language skills and other professional skills. Amongst the over 3,000 registered members, the majority boast a Japanese language ability of N2 or above.
