Maison de Yoshida, a well-known traditional French restaurant in the Nakasu area of Fukuoka, recently introduced dishes with venison-bone broth. The chef of the first-class restaurant had been eager to create gibier dishes. Soups and stews made of special stock and seasonal vegetables are served at the restaurant and available to go, too.
