For one voracious tour guide, the all-you-can-eat buffet was apparently not enough. Zhonghai Wang, a 48-year-old Chinese man residing in Higashi Ward, was arrested on Feb. 28 on charges of obstructing a law enforcement officer after he bit the arm of a cop called to a restaurant in Shime Town. Wang, who was with a tour group at the time, continued to order food after the all-you-can-eat time limit expired, and when the waitstaff refused to serve him, he decided to have his dessert—in the form of a police officer’s arm—in the parking lot.
