Fukuoka-based noodle maker, Marutai, took on a new challenge to give their noodles a more significant presence in daily diet. The new product, ‘1 Day Marutai’, consists of three ramen dishes and five snacks that can be enjoyed between breakfast and dinner. The breakfast bowl features miso-soup-like soup, while the afternoon snack presents another bowl of ramen with pistachio flavor.
