The May issue of the London-based Monocle magazine has a 4-page spread on Fukuoka City. Titled “Fukuoka – Business and Life in Balance,” they update readers on the Tenjin Big Bang project, the city’s recent emphasis on wellness, and an introduction to Hiromine Nakamura (contemporary Japanese doll maker), and other lifestyle topics. The printed magazine will be on bookstore shelves very soon, or you can read it on the Monocle website.
