Natto Chocolat Zero, a chocolate bar with an unusual ingredient, will soon debut from Fukuoka. A local startup, Sonomono Inc., collaborated with Fukuoka’s famous “Chocolate Shop” established in 1942 in Hakata Ward, to develop the healthy chocolate bar. The team initially released sugar-free chocolate, Zero, which pleased international customers at the 2014 Paris Collection and more. The new product features nutritious and mild-flavored freeze-dried natto (fermented soy). Two different varieties (framboise and nuts) are currently available online at Makuake. Source: Sonomo
