Sumitomo Life Insurance Company and local developer Fukuoka Jisho announced a joint redevelopment project in the Tenjin area. Their new building will replace the current Nishi-dori Business Center and Sumitomo Life Fukuoka Building on a plot measuring 2,820 m2. The 113-meter-high building will have commercial functions on lower floors, offices on the upper floors, and a public square with a cherry tree to add seasonal delight.
