Kyushu Bureau of Economy, Trade, and Industry announced it would establish an organization to promote exports of local shochu and awamori. To back up international marketing of these liquors, the new association supports distilleries to enter international competitions, collaborates with overseas influencers, facilitates the development of inter-organizational projects, and more.
