Fukuoka City Subway, JR Kyushu Railway, Nishitetsu Bus and Trains and Showa Bus have collaborated on new tourist passes for international visitors. The passes are good for one day, and allow for unlimited travel to most major tourist spots in Fukuoka. The Fukuoka City pass is ¥800 for adults (¥400 children) and the Fukuoka City and Dazaifu Station pass is ¥1,300 for adults (¥650 children). The passes will be available at the Tenjin Bus Center, Hakata Bus Terminal, tourist information desks and other locations from Sep. 30. The pass offers free or discounted entrance to 18 cultural facilities and tourist attractions. The pass is postcard size and is in 4 languages including English, Korean and Chinese.
