New Consultation for Non-Japanese Residents Opened in Tenjin

A new consultation center for foreigners opened on the third floor of ACROS Fukuoka on July 31. Reflecting revised immigration rules for international workers, Fukuoka Prefecture established the office with service available in 19 languages. Advice and support will be provided not just for work-related questions and concerns, but also to various worries in life, including child-rearing. The office is open daily (except for New Year holidays) from 10 am to 7 pm. Supported languages: Japanese, English, Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, Nepali, Indonesian, Tagalog, Portuguese, Thai, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Russian, Malay, Myanmar, Khmer and Mongolian.
