New Don Quijote to Open Branch in Tenjin

A new branch of the discount chain store Don Quijote will open in Tenjin on November 17. The new store, which will serve as the company’s main Fukuoka branch, is expected to offer some of the lowest prices in the region. The 24-hour multi-storey complex will stretch from a basement level to five floors above ground with an area of 2,000 square meters. The location is the site of the former Tsutaya Books, which moved to Ropponmatsu. It is hoped that the store will bring in customers both from home and abroad, contributing to the overall growth of the local area in the process. Source: PR Times, 10/30/2017
