Royal Hotel held an opening reception on August 24 for Bouncy by Rihga Fukuoka Hakata, a new hotel in Fukuoka City’s Hakata Ward that will open on September 1. The 117-room property is the first location under a new brand targeting travelers in their 20s and 30s. Located about a 10-minute walk from JR Hakata Station and near Nakasu, the hotel has 94 twin rooms measuring 18 square meters. Rates for multiple guests are expected to range from JPY18,000 to JPY25,000 per night. Facilities include a restaurant operated by the company behind Hakata Hotaru and a large communal bath with a sauna.
