Business community “Asia Business Startup Station” (ABSS) opened on the 8th floor of IMS Tenjin on Dec. 1. They provide shared office space as well as promotion services, mainly targeting small businesses and organizations that wish to start or promote their businesses in the city as well as other Asian countries. In addition to its business lounge, ABSS also provides know-how on Japanese business management, with bilingual staff available. The community assists entrepreneurs in hopes for Fukuoka to work as a platform for businesses in Asia as well as to strengthen ties between businesses in Japan and its neighboring Asian countries.
