Canal City Hakata’s Ramen Stadium has rotated in three new ramen shops onto their premises. The local Daimyo-based restaurant Ganso Tomato Ramen Sanmi, Hakata’s Nagahama Number One, and Tokyo’s Shinasoba Chibakiya have all established a presence on the ramen specialty food court-style facility, located on the fifth floor of Canal City Hakata. Be sure to check out Sanmi’s unique tomato-based ramen topped with cheese, Number One’s tonkotsu (pork bone) broth, and Chibakiya’s thin, curly style noodles. These shops opened their doors on March 28 and are serving customers from 11:00~23:00 daily.
