New Stained Glass at Fukuoka Airport
The Fukuoka International Airport will soon unveil a new feature artwork, a stained glass piece entitled “Soranominato” (the port of the sky). The 10 x 3.4m piece will be revealed on 1/29 (Tue.) at its permanent position on the elevator hall of the 3F. Designer Gyoji Nomiyama was also behind the stained glass piece “Uminomukoukara” (from over the sea) that can be seen at JR Hakata Station.
