The Nishi-Nippon City Bank and JR Kyushu agreed to combine the bank’s cash/credit card, the All In One card, with the railroad’s IC card sugoca and the JQ credit card to create a new card with multiple functions. The new card can be used as a credit card to make purchases, a cash card to withdraw cash from ATMs, and a pass for riding JR Kyushu trains. The new card could be issued as early as next March.
