Nishi-Nippon Railroad (Nishitetsu) has established a subsidiary in Ho Chi Minh City to strengthen its overseas real estate operations. Announced on April 6, the move upgrades its representative office opened in 2018 and marks its first local incorporation for real estate. Nishitetsu has participated in eight housing projects in Vietnam since 2015 and plans to increase direct involvement through the new entity. The company positions overseas real estate as a key growth area and is active in six countries, including the United States, India, and the Philippines.
