Nishitetsu has launched the “Lost and Found Cloud find” service in collaboration with Find Inc., beginning January 9, 2025. The system uses AI to analyze item images and streamline the matching process, significantly reducing wait times and improving return rates for the approximately 180,000 lost items managed annually. Customers can now report lost items via LINE by providing details such as the type, characteristics, and location of loss. If a match is found, instructions for retrieval are sent directly through LINE. The service operates daily from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with automated responses available overnight. It covers items lost on Nishitetsu buses, trains, and in commercial facilities like Solaria Plaza and Chachatown Kokura. This initiative aims to enhance customer convenience and reduce staff workload. Source: Nishitetsu / Find
