Nishitetsu revealed plans to build a new “tower mansion” in Fukuoka’s Island City by 2022. The forty-four story apartment will be one of the tallest condominiums in Kyushu and be Nishitetsu’s third in the same district. A total of 284 units will be on sale around the end of fiscal year 2019. As the apartment sales in Fukuoka City continues to be in high demand, the company has put more resources into its real estate business including the construction of an 152-meter condominium (46 stories, 283 apartments) in March.
