On June 23, workplace injections of the new coronavirus vaccines began at Nishitetsu offices. About 350 workers, including train conductors and bus drivers, received their first injections on the first day. The company’s program allows injected staff to take ‘side effect leaves’ of up to four days after each injection if they develop symptoms. Approximately 12,000 of Nishitetsu’s over-20,000 workers will be able to get vaccinated through the program. Source: RKB / FNN
